1. Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within Switzerland. For international inquiries – feel free to reach out.

How long does shipping take?
Usually 5 to 7 business days. We ship slowly on purpose – but with care and thoughtful packaging.

2. Returns

Can I return an item?
Yes, within 14 days – provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Please notify us by email before returning anything.

3. Products

Are your products handmade?
Many of our objects are produced in small batches – partly by hand, partly through 3D printing, or via carefully selected third-party makers. Every piece is chosen with intention, focusing on materiality, form, and atmosphere. Minor variations are part of the character.

Can I contact you with product ideas or collaboration requests?

4. General Shop Info

Do you have a physical store?

No – Lime Studio is a digital space. Perhaps one day offline, but for now intentionally quiet and curated online.
